Cancellations:

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

Returns:
Any undamaged item can be returned. To return an item,  simply return it with the Certificate of Authenticity and any dedication, in the original packaging, within seven days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) you are responsible for any postage costs; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return:

     Commission Pieces

     Any piece that has been altered from its original condition at your request
