By agreeing to an instalment plan, and making the first payment, you are committing to making all of the payments. Make sure you can afford it.
Terms and Conditions of Purchase
1.
The ownership of The Painting remains fully with The Artist until all payments under this agreement have been paid in full. After which, ownership of The Painting automatically transfers to The Purchaser.
2.
The Purchaser shall not sell, attempt to sell, or otherwise dispose or attempt to dispose of The Painting until all payments under this agreement have been paid in full.
3.
The Purchaser shall ensure The Painting is insured for the minimum of the Purchase Price until all payments under this agreement have been paid in full.
4.
Copyright of The Painting will remain with The Artist. The Painting cannot be copied or reproduced without the express written permission of The Artist.
5.
The Painting will be sent to The Purchaser by tracked post within 14 working days of receipt of the first payment under the Payment Schedule.
6.
The Certificate of Authenticity and any Dedication will be sent to The Purchaser within 14 working days of all payments under this agreement having been paid in full.
7.
All payments under this agreement should be paid by Bank Transfer on the date specified in the Payment Schedule.
8.
Failure to make any payment on time may result in The Artist taking recovery action against The Purchaser. This includes, but is not limited to, the appointment of a debt collection agency, legal and/or court action, and repossession of The Painting. Any costs resulting from any recovery action will be added to any outstanding balance and recovered from The Purchaser.
